Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables to keep digital transformation projects on track.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders across government departments, IT teams, and external partners to align objectives and ensure transparent communication throughout project delivery.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues to maintain progress and ensure projects meet public sector standards for quality and security.
• Resource and Budget Management: Allocate resources effectively, manage project budgets, and ensure efficient use of funds to achieve project goals while meeting fiscal responsibilities.
• Agile and Lean Practices: Employ Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to enhance team collaboration, increase flexibility, and deliver iterative improvements.
• Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project milestones and performance metrics, providing regular updates and clear reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
