Responsible for:
- Team Leadership: Running two Agile teams, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Presenting long-term roadmaps to clients, offering visibility into demand and upcoming work.
- Process Improvement: Collaborating with other Agile Delivery Managers to refine ways of working.
- Tool Mastery: Confidently using Kanban, JIRA, and Confluence to manage workflows and documentation.
About You:
- Strong Agile delivery experience with Scrum Master expertise.
- Ability to manage multiple teams while maintaining clear communication on deliverability.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to continuous improvement.
- Comfortable engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to work hybrid – ideally 1-2 days per week in Telford.
